Delete your Guessmate account

In the app

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Go to Account & support.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your profile is hidden from feeds immediately, and games and chats are closed. You can cancel within 30 days — just sign in and tap Cancel deletion.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, subject "Account deletion". We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

After 30 days we delete: your sign-in account, profile, photo and voice files, questions and secrets, games, chat messages, settings and push tokens.

What may be kept longer: messages in closed support requests and the moderation decision log — up to 30 days from when they were recorded.
